I wish I got this book a few years ago when I started as a team manager. The author's strategies about managing and overcoming pitfalls would have saved me a lot of struggling. Even now, this book provides me with some new and useful information. I recommend it to all new managers.

Incredible. I bought this to try and better relate to my own managers (and it was very useful for that) but it went so much beyond that. This should be mandatory for everyone who has to communicate with other people at all.
