Well-reasoned advice!!

The introduction of the book describes hypnosis and how it may, in fact, result in greater health. Weight reduction and better living depend on the crucial elements of meditation, daily affirmation, and fostering a good self-view/body image. I feel like the author really wants me to succeed since the content is accurate and well-researched.

A comprehensive book.

For a number of reasons, Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women is a useful and engaging weight-loss resource. First, the author makes it clear that the foundation of her strategy for successful weight loss is a positive outlook. Second, she gives making promises in favor of motivating the reader to live a strong, sustainable lifestyle.

Wonderful!!

I really like how the audio book was separated into 3 distinct sections where she starts off by explaining the theories behind hypnosis, then transitions into the multiple methods of weight loss, and finally ends with a full section on dieting and nutrition as well as taking accountability and measuring success.
