Yea... I did not see this coming!

Holy smokes! You do not really have to read book 1 to enjoy this book, but you will have a better understanding of Stephanie’s background. In book 1, Stephanie thought that she’d rid the city of a serial killer...now she realizes that his father followed her in time travel! When bodies start turning up around the city, Stephanie knows that she has the stop Earl Ray...first she has to find him. This book is another win by the author! It is well written, action packed and full of suspense! Narration is on point! Highly recommend this book if you want a great thriller!

Great second in the series!

Great second in the series! The characters from book 1 developed even further (esp Stephanie) and some interesting ones are introduced. Great story line and makes me want to read more! I hope this one continues!!

I got pulled into this second story of "The Scorned Series" the characters were interesting and their story kept me intrigued.

The narration was good

Love It!!!!

What an awesome story. I absolutely love how it pretty much starts where book 1 ended. This audiobook had me hooked from start to finish. I had mixed emotions throughout the story, but overall love the ending!!

Intrigue suspense and drama

Strong characters slightly flawed with a well developed storyline. Daniela Acitelli does an amazing job bringing Stephanie to life. Great book,

Over all a pretty good read.

Seemed a bit slow at first but it definitely picked up at the end! I’m not sure I’m thrilled with the narrator after listening to the last two books but over all it’s worth a listen.

I was super thrilled and excited by this book and doubly so by the Narration. Wow! Sooo, sooo good!

Narrator needs work

Liked the overall story line but it was hard to listen to the narrator.
No inflection in her voice

suspend your beliefs before proceeding

Stephanie seems to be a one woman vigilante and superhero for the down trodden. A fantastical tale with a great deal of suspension of beliefs is necessary to listen to this. I had a strong suspension about Earl, and I was correct about his identity. It was kind of humorous how Earl died three times. I guess she needed to work out her aggression somewhere, and now she doesn't need therapy. LOL! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job with voices and expressions.
