Paxton never thought he’d be working for Cloud, the giant tech company that’s eaten much of the American economy. Much less that he’d be moving into one of the company’s sprawling live-work facilities. But compared to what’s left outside, Cloud’s bland chainstore life of gleaming entertainment halls, open-plan offices, and vast warehouses...well, it doesn’t seem so bad. Story
The wall just didn’t look right. Alex has been trying to cope. Life after his deployment had been rough. His ex-wife thought he needed to stop disappointing their daughter. She was right. He would try harder. With six hours before his little girl’s fourth birthday party, he saw the anomaly. One wall was too short. Plenty of time to tear out a panel and look behind it. He found a brick wall. His house wasn’t made of brick. Behind that was another just like the first. He still had time. When the second wall came down, Alex stood and stared at the shining doorway.

Publisher's summary
Contains three complete, novel-length audiobooks in the Middle Falls Time Travel series.
What if you could do it all again?
The Unusual Second Life of Thomas Weaver
Thomas Weaver, haunted by a teenage tragedy, lived a wasted life. He closed his eyes for what he believed was the last time in 2016 but opened them again in his teenage bedroom and body in 1976. Now a middle-aged man in his teenage body, he sets out to fix everything he did wrong in his first life. A budding serial killer in homeroom, a possible new romance, and high school algebra complicate his plans.
The Redemption of Michael Hollister
All Michael Hollister wanted was death. What he got was time travel.
Convicted of murder and with nothing left to live for, Michael commits suicide in his jail cell in 1977, then opens his eyes in 1966, in his eight-year-old body, all memories of his previous life intact. His first thoughts are of the dark intentions of his father. When the man who raised him once again tries to do the unthinkable, Michael has a chance to right his childhood's greatest wrong. But can he do that without becoming a killer all over again?
The Death and Life of Dominick Davidner
How many lives would you spend to find your beloved?
Dominick Davidner was murdered. Then things got worse.
Instead of going on to the afterlife, Dominick found himself back in his nine-year-old body, all memories of his previous life intact. All he can think about is Emily, the love of his life, left behind when he died.
Unfortunately, she is now thousands of miles away. How can Dominick find his way back to the woman he loves, and what will he say if he finds her?

Good, Great, and mediocre books but worth it!
Book one is very good and does a great job setting up book #2. You start to care about the characters and are intrigued with the system the author uses for people getting 2nd chances. The narrator is hard to listen too, but I was used to him from another book so for me it wasn't that big of a deal.
The 2nd book is where this collection shines and makes this worth a credit. My 21 year old son who was in the car with me for a couple hours heard some of it and he even got interested. It's very easy to listen to and follow. You really do care about the main character--it's amazing how the author pulled this off. I don't want to spoil anything, but WOW!
The 3rd book I would have returned for my credit back if the 2nd book wasn't so awesome. About 1/2 the 3rd book is a retelling of the 2nd book from a different perspective, but not that much different. It's like the difference between the right fielder and the center fielder of a baseball game. I felt cheated. And the author at the end says he wrote this really quickly...well no duh...he just rehashed the 2nd book.
Book 1 is 4 stars. Book 2 is 5 stars and book 3 and 2 stars (but maybe 3 stars if I only read book 3). Overall it's a solid 4 across the board.

Unsure: Then Completely Draw In
Ok I’m going to just be up front and say that at the beginning of the first book the narrator took almost 1/2 way through before I could be ok with his voice.
I started to concentrate on the characters and not his voice. Once I did that the characters came to life.
Now on to the book(s). I absolutely fell in love with each character and couldn’t wait to find out where their journeys took them. I was so happy that one of the characters ( with extreme difficult circumstances the first time) learned how to forgive and move forward.
With much weaving Mr. Inmon brings this amazing tapestry to life. You won’t be sorry you went to Middle Falls.
ENJOY!!!

Absolutely Best 2nd Book in a Series
Books 1 and 3 are good, but Book 2 is simply brilliant. It alone is worth listening to the entire series. For me, a 5-Star Book has to be entertaining, well written, and emotionally moving - anything less is not 5 stars. The Redemption of Michael Hollister is a 5-Star Book. Truth be told, I originally had no desire to read it; you will know why once you read the first book. But Shawn Inmon's character development and storyline make the whole thing soooo worth it.
So if Time Travel is your thing, this Omnibus is a must read. You will enjoy Books 1 and 3, but Book 2 will likely be your literary treat for the year!

Original
I've been reading for 50 years. I read my first books at the age of 4. my mother fostered my love of reading. partly because she needed a Scrabble partner. This storyline is so different and original from anything I've read. and I really do enjoy fish-out-of-water stories you know transported to alien Landscapes that kind of thing so it's been interesting that this isn't the old Trope of the person just knows what to do they're addressed just like the rest of us and yet so much more interesting.

Addictive
this was the third book in the middle falls trilogy. It was just as good as the first and the second one and I had a hard time putting it down. I can't wait to read more of this author's books. the way he writes makes you become emotionally invested in the characters, like they're part of your family. I couldn't wait to hear what happened next and how their lives turned out. definitely worth the credit!

I enjoyed very much
As long as you aren't offended by the idea of reincarnation, you'll be able to enjoy the story. The instances or mention of animal torture are minimal and serve as evidence of a developing serial killer. I enjoyed the humor of the characters. They narrators are easy to listen to. I enjoyed hearing the story from the perspectives of both Michael & Dominic. There's a really cool surprise near the end of the third book that connects almost all of the lose threads .... I will continue with the next book

Finally! Someone who KNOWS how to write a page turner!
I am very picky. I don’t like books that drag on. I don’t like situations where a character does something so out of character that you know it’s the author trying to stretch us from A to B and can only do it by blowing the character.
I’m picky and I don’t like about half the books I read.
I loved this one.

Cool time travel sci fi series
No detailed animal torture. 2nd book explains how bad guy in book one became that way and shows how, in an alternative dimension. He takes charge to prevent most early childhood trauma and leads a great life.
It’s craftily written and I love how the characters are intertwined. I’m tearing through book 3 right now and loving it.

Usually the First Book is Best
I don't usually rate any book 5 stars because I can think of ways to make it better. But in this case, I just sat back and enjoyed. I love the idea of having 3 books in one listen.
Book 1: The Unusual Second Life of Thomas Weaver really had me wanting more when it ended. I thought it was a Really Really good book, that is until I listened to the next book.
Book 2: The Redemption of Michael Hollister. I hated Michael in the first book but loved in the second. How can that be? Everyone knows the first book is always the best, right? Not in this series. I came to love Michael in the 2nd book. It's unbelievable how the author, Shawn Inmon, did this to me. This was my favorite of the first 3. As for the 3rd book, it was a fun listen.
Book 3: The Death and Life of Dominick Davidner was very enjoyable right up to the end when it had me scratching my head because it ended and had me wondering why the shooter did what he did again and if Davidners had an afterlife? Hmmmm

2 different authors?
The most difficult book review I’ve ever done.
It’s almost like this series was written by two separate authors.
The bill of the tales, when the author wrote the actual cases of time travel, reality, retribution and redemption were quite simply a joy to read.
A few hackneyed phrases and clichés here and there maybe, but overall a really enjoyable depiction of lives impacted by each other and then by temporal resets.
Really well thought out and described with flowing prose and excellent storytelling.
Which made the interspersed “etherial/alien overseer” chapters all the more frustrating.
Not only were they poorly written, but they were completely unnecessary (and weren’t helped by the narrators whiney musical delivery at those points).
They added nothing to the story other than to hit us over the head with the fact that there was an all-powerful deity/force behind what was happening.
In fact they just detracted from a great set of stories and only served to weaken and dilute them.
I’m pretty sure the author won’t read this, but if he does I hope he accepts this in the manner it’s intended. As genuine constructive criticism.
We didn’t need all that nonsense, and for the life of me I don’t understand why you thought those chapters were a good idea.
Without them, I’d have been encouraged to seek out more of your work.
The fact that they were in there will only serve to put me off doing that.
And that’s a shame.

Binged 2 books in the first few days
Just started the third book in what must be less than a week, Wasn't connvinced I could enjoy the second as the protagonist appears in the first book and I really didn't like him, but I found the second book even better than the first, the authors a genius 😀
I have High hopes for book number three and the rest of the series!

More Life Travel than Time Travel
I do love time travel stories, especially those that are not planned and are organic in nature. Here, there are three books with three differing stories, seen from three pair of eyes but the threads are related. the three books are well planned and written but do not rely on each other for plot. Someone really bad in one telling is quite the hero in another. If I said any more, I'll be dropping spoilers. So read (listen) for yourself you won't be disappointed.
I'm looking forward to the next encounter.

American trash writing
Awful story, even worse narration. Nonsense in triplicate. If you like good writing give this a big miss. Nothing whatever to recommend it.

Wonderful - Clever stories and this guy can write
I got the first 3 books as a trilogy in one audio book so it was great to have 3 entire stories in one long book. I loved all 3. It was a clever idea but what really made it work was the author's talent at writing his characters and creating a world that I wanted to step into. So so good.
I did worry that the idea might only work as a one-off and that the second story might not be as good but, honestly - it was better. And book 3 - even better (except for some repetition that was a bit of a pain).
Each of the 3 stories had a different narrator and each one was brilliant. That is really important with an audio book - the narrator can destroy an otherwise decent story but all 3 of these guys were superb from the very start.
I am already looking forward to listening to the next. I am confident now not to worry that the idea or the characters might not be as good - I suspect that Mr Inmon has plenty left up his sleeve.

Surprisingly good
I have been thinking about using a credit on this book but I was put off by some mixed reviews particularly comparing it unfavourably to Replay. However, after finally using a credit on this 3 books in one, I have no regrets. I really enjoyed this easy listen that was a real "page turner". For people interested in time travel I recommend.

Struggled at the start of each book.
It took time to warm to each character and story, some gaps not closed.

It’s more than anyone else is offering.

Story
In the near future, advances in medicine and quantum computing make human cloning a reality. For the wealthy, cheating death is the ultimate luxury. To anticloning militants, it’s an abomination against nature. For young Constance “Con” D’Arcy, who was gifted her own clone by her late aunt, it’s terrifying. After a routine monthly upload of her consciousness - stored for that inevitable transition - something goes wrong. When Con wakes up in the clinic, it’s eighteen months later. Her recent memories are missing. Her original, she’s told, is dead.
