Useful techniques for relaxation and anxiety management

Ive practiced meditation and yoga for over 20 years and feel that the techniques in this book offer some thing to someone at any level of a mindfulness practice. Few of us in today’s world can say, truthfully, that we do not suffer some level of anxiety. It’s is a quick read, the stories are relatable, and could be helpful to anyone looking to find balance in their life experiences

The Merry-Go-Round in My Mind Stopped!

I never thought I could gain control of my mind until I began reading this book. Bo Sebastian speaks of his own struggles with the same thing and Sensory Defensiveness, which I had never known I had before. I am sleeping better too since this book. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for this book!
