Such a Bargain for Great Content!

These positive affirmations are such a great way for me to start my day! I have the audio book, and I write down the daily affirmation on a post-it note, stick it to my purse, and then put it on my computer monitor at work. The result? I'm calmer and more confident. From such a little thing! Even my kids are noticing!

The other part of this is working on my own emotional habits. I didn't think that was something you could change, but I was wrong! Doing the exercises here has helped me see that I'm sabotaging my own success. I need to stop letting previous bad events dictate how I think about my present and my future. I'm working on it!
