This book explains a lot

My wife's ex-husband is a pure narcissist. The challenges we've faced dealing with him over the years have been mind-boggling. I wish I would have had this book years ago to navigate through some of his antics. This book breaks it down with loads of information to deal head-on with a narcissist, from documenting everything for legal recourse to distancing yourself. The author also explains protecting children from a narcissist. A really good book

Best Advice I've Heard on Coparenting with a Narci

This audiobook does an incredible job explaining your options if you are in a situation where you have children with a narcissist and have to learn how to co-parent together. The audiobook explains to you what drives the narcissist and then how that affects your parenting relationship with him. There is a ton of great advice and strategies laid out and explained. I have been in this situation for a few years now and learned some great new tips and resource from this audiobook. Its very well done, empathetic, and gives solid advice. If you are in this situation, I think you will benefit from listening to this; I did.
