EMDR is powerful

Anyone with anxiety, PTSD, ect should do it

When I first heard about EMDR, I was skeptical. A fast way to overcome deep trauma? It seemed too good to be true. But I thought I would take a little time to do some research just in case it could actually work. I've taken some time and now I can say...I'm convinced. This is a great, effective therapy that anyone with anxiety, PTSD, etc should use. And this book did a great job of showing how you can do it yourself. You can still see a professional and get this therapy from someone in person. But if you want to do it to yourself, you actually can.
