I fell more comfortable with this knowledge

Emotional eating attenuated into layman's terms and each page is chock filled with insight and data. All the knowledge are quite sensible and effective. I really like this book. All information is laid out logically and easy to understand. I fell more comfortable with this knowledge.

I would must suggest this audible to anyone

I would must suggest this audible to anyone. It's been a life long struggle for me. There is discussed which problem you can be facing for overeating and how to maintain mindful eating. Whatever, thanks to author and must recommended for this book.

Misleading title

This book is more about a general introduction to healthy eating habits in stead of stopping binge eating. On top almost a quarter of the book are recipes which is fun to read but not to listen too. Narrator was very good.

I am personally satisfied with this audible

I know that Emotional Eating is a skill that can control my eating habits. It has been shown to promote weight loss, reduce excessive food consumption, and help me feel better. I am personally satisfied with this audible. I just finished listening it and plan on listening it right again.

wow. horribly written.

Super repetitive and constantly contradicts its self. Not accurate to current scientific studies. Complete waste of time,
