LOVE!

Makes perfect sense; easy to relate and understand. Would recommend to anyone who wants to loss weight.

Only have one complaint.

I wish Jordan would respond to questions on IG. I have been following him for a couple of years. It would be nice if he could answer my questions about Inner Cycle and how to maintain after weight loss.

Maybe sequel book? Now you Ate it, here’s how to maintain 🤷‍♀️

Overall please with info, listened, took notes, and finished in day and a half. Lots of great knowledge that you can completely relate to.

The best nutrition and fitness book I’ve ever read!

Jordan and Mike break down proven facts to help the reader easily and quickly understand their sustainable plan. It doesn’t include magic pills or teas. Just simple science taught in a way that makes a whole lot of sense. Furthermore, after listening to this audiobook I actually believe in my ability to succeed — it’s about d**n time!!

Bravo!

I’ve been following Jordon for a while now on social media and YouTube so while this concept was not foreign to me the book really helped piece the whole philosophy together and gives very practical action steps. I feel more motivated than ever to get started on my journey. This is not a quick process but a life style change and I’m here for it! Great job Jordon & Mike! Bravo!!

Before listening to this book, I was overthinking weight loss. The book made it easier to understand and easy to implement strategies. I especially enjoyed the marking a calendar to keep yourself accountable 80% of the time.
