Must have this book

Happiness is in the quality of your thoughts. If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life. And that's exactly what this book teaches you how to do.
I really enjoyed this book. It's filled with highly helpful information on how to cope with anxiety, depression and negativity in general. I realized that I have a lot of negative thoughts that I was not aware of, and now I'll apply what I read in the book to start having a more positive life.

Just the way I expected It

Would you consider the audio edition of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to be better than the print version?

I am not a kind of person who loves reading and so I would say this audio is best for me rather than its book. I also felt that the reader talked to me personally and concern about me. This self help book is an inspirational and really motivated me. Can't wait for the other audio book of same author.

Very Insightful

This book is very intuitive. Depression/Mental Conditions are something that is not dealt with properly in society. If it was addressed early on and interventions, such as what is mentioned in this book, were taken then it would lead to better outcomes for the individuals involved. I deal with anxiety and stress and have for my whole life. I did not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well.It is about time to have a book that truly understands and explains the importance of careful and mindful thinking. The author explained specifically and clearly the techniques in overcoming fear. I was not very familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy until I read/listened to this book. It has provided an excellent base of the basic principles behind this therapy. I appreciate how the step by step awareness to change the mindset is well explained.
Thoughts become things. We manifest what we think the most. That is how powerful our brain is. That is what the book has taught me. I have already began to journal ways to incorporate this therapy to assist me in daily living.
In the book, there are ideas on how to change negative thought into positive ones. If you can learn how to release the negativity and start focusing on the positive things in life, this therapy will work well for you.

Thanks for the help!

If you could sum up Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in three words, what would they be?

This audio book helped me in realizing many things and where to focus once negativity will hit the ground. An almost 2 hour audio is really worth listening.

I really enjoyed!

What i loved about this book is how practical it is. It clarified the theory they have for CBT! But at the same time gave very clear instructions on what one can do to apply this theory.

Appreciating content!

It is really easy to understand which I think is great. Especially for a self-help book I like that it does emphasize that people should seek proper treatment if this does not work for them. Also includes that serious issues such as self-harm,idealization also needs professional help.

This is a very helpful and useful diet

It explains what you are doing every step of the way, and is really very helpful. The exercises and action plans really helped me to see I can view anxiety differently and stop letting it control my life so much. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes self help programs.

I couldn’t bare listening to the sound of this guy’s voice . Nothing to do with CBT.
