Awesome. Maritza is the real deal. No flim flam.

This is the authentic Yoga body meditation ("body scan"). There is nothing complicated about it. And that's where the challenge is. All Yoga, all really true you is meditation. Observation without any judgement. It is a focusing of one's awareness, with an alert and calm mind, and a relaxed body, on a specific field of consciousness. Sometimes it is on the breath; some times on physical moves and postures (Hatha Yoga). Here it is on the body in a relaxed state. The effects can be profound. This can really help you calm down the body, and get out of you own internal head chatter, and back again grounded rooted in your body. Five Stars.

Best body scan I’ve heard!

I’ve listened to several body scan meditations, and this is the best one yet. Very calming and relaxing!
