Extremely Helpful and Soothing

I absolutely loved this book! The different meditations really helped me relax, destress, and fall asleep. Even though I’m not a beginner to meditation practices, I believe this would be great for someone starting out. I did learn some new techniques that I’ll definitely incorporate in everyday life!
Ivy did an excellent job narrating these meditations! She has a soothing and clear voice that was easy to follow and flawlessly flowed with each meditation and music.

Awful narration - had to return it!

A good idea in principle but the "performance" of the meditations is so sickly that I couldn't stand it! Would've been much better if done by a meditation teacher.

It is really very easy now.

Sleeping peacefully at night used to hard before but with this audio book it is really very easy now. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

Great one

Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation video I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners.
