Multiplying foes. A deadly city. And with no clear path to his goals, how will Michael survive Nexus?

Michael reaches Nexus, but finds advancing more challenging than he’d anticipated. Factions abound, allegiances shift, and separating truth from lies is harder than ever.

The line between friend and foe blurs, and Michael’s path grows murkier.

Nexus is a place of both opportunity and danger. Sitting at the heart of the world, the city is home to thousands—ordinary people, players, but Powers too. Can Michael remain free of their clutches, or will he become entangled in the Powers’ machinations?

Will Nexus be the death of Michael?

Follow Michael on his epic journey and find out!

RANKS?!?!

Seriously what is it with the rank system in this book? Literally makes no sense.

World Nexus

Book 3 some how made me like book 2 more then initially thought. 1st book still my favorite but this one kind of bridged them all together into a better bonded story. I wonder if it was all I initially meant to be one book but was separated for audible. 4.6 star for this litrpg

I really enjoyed this and it made my walks so much fun. It is heavily in the first person but I like that.

Finish the series.. Slowly :)

I absolutely love this series!! I am thanking the cosmos however because I listened to this book with two book still unheard in the series. If I would have listened to this book with nothing to follow I might have lost my mind tho. This cliffhanger has me willing to murder for more. Thank god I have the other two (at this time) still remaining downloaded in my library. If there were not I would be cursing you (the writer) every day until the next. Thank for the great story!! Not many series make me want to listen till I can't anymore and risk missing work for an adventure of epic preparation. I look forward to the end, .. But stretch it out, please ;)

Awesome melding of D&D game mechanics and live action.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Plenty if mystery, suspense and adventure. I Imagined a scenario in which I became my world of Warcraft warrior and entered Azeroth for real! The only negative for me was Michael’s internal monologue is a little annoying at times. All together a great book series, can’t wait to read the next one.

More Great LitRPG

Just coming off of reading book 4; I really enjoy this series, Michael is a good protagonist, and the narration is great.

Let’s go!

Let’s go the hits keep coming! This third book in the series is even better than the first two! I’m loving how this series is keeping up with the flow and how the author gave us a more in-depth look at the Grand Game world and player community. The MC only been alone so seeing him in a team and learning about the world more was a nice change of pace. Looking forward to the next book!

Another great arc in the story

While the MC can be blunt at times and obvious asking questions of everyone expecting them to share secrets all while refusing to tell his own, he does have a certain fun charm.

Most of all you cant really tell what's going to happen. In other books of you get a quest you finish it, in this one you might fail or abandon it. Red herrings and loose threads abound but in a way that shows the MC had better things to do or no option.

As for the ending it's so abrupt you'll get whiplash. Not cool, not cool at all. I'd rather it ended one chapter earlier than when it did. Now I'll be aching for the next book.
