I have had pre and Type 2 Diabetes for a few years. Six months ago I took a few Keto pills and started losing weight. I believed as the add said eat whatever you want with no need to exercise. Big mistake! Blood sugar went out of control. My doctor immediately placed me on meds. Ben Azadi has shown me the truth. Get healthy to lose weight. No sugar, control Carbs, Fast in increments. I am now on road to Health.
