Helpful Guide to getting great HEALTH results!

I have been listening to Ben's podcast for several months and was enjoying his interviews, went through his free Keto Kamp Kickstart Challenge and started listening to his book (also bought a Kindle version to be able to read through). I'm fairly new to the Keto Lifestyle but am already seeing amazing HEALTH results! I was off Metformin in 6 weeks and reversed my Type 2 Diabetes. My doctor was thrilled I was taking action and said my blood work was perfect. This book is providing really helpful information on the Keto Lifestyle, Fasting and how to get great HEALTH results. Where is the PDF?
