Helpful Guide to getting great HEALTH results!
I have been listening to Ben's podcast for several months and was enjoying his interviews, went through his free Keto Kamp Kickstart Challenge and started listening to his book (also bought a Kindle version to be able to read through). I'm fairly new to the Keto Lifestyle but am already seeing amazing HEALTH results! I was off Metformin in 6 weeks and reversed my Type 2 Diabetes. My doctor was thrilled I was taking action and said my blood work was perfect. This book is providing really helpful information on the Keto Lifestyle, Fasting and how to get great HEALTH results.
