short and sweet

I really appreciate the clear and concise information provided in this book. I needed some motivation to get started on IF, but I didn't want to spend weeks reading a Bible size book.

If you are looking for a deep scientific understanding to the molecular level, this is not the book for you. It's a great introduction and explanation of what is IF and its benefits.

Wasn't a fan of the reader. I had to rewind to understand some points.
