Great book for all who follow this Way of Eating. Informative, motivational, funny and relatable for those of us who have fallen off the "diet" path time and again. Great book with a ton of variety
I was not sure what to expect from the recipes in the book but after trying a couple recipes it has become my new go to for the winter. It has a great variety of recipes whether you want to use your slow cooker or whip something up quickly. So far I have made ~20 different items and I would say all but 2 turned out as new favorites. Good to read it! Thanks author

I love the simple easy recipes. I have tried out a few of them with good results. Can’t wait to try out the rest. I have been intermittent fasting for two and a half weeks and have lost 6 lbs. Will update in 1 months time but so far I’m very pleased.
