I started eating the Paleo way in 2015. Since then I have bought several books to help me understand the theory and process. I was interested in the science behind it but also looking for ways to make it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Meal Prep is time-consuming and once you pick one way to do it for a week, you are locked in. So if it sucks, you eat stuff you don't like all week. It makes it hard to stick to. I finally found what I was looking for, I do not need to buy any more paleo books. This book not only has scientific proof but recipes that are easy to prep for an entire week of eating. It makes it so much easier to stick to. And to top it all of, the meals in this book are easy and taste great! 10/10. Great value!

It’s nice to know that others struggle with not eating proceed foods. This book is a game changer in that aspect. I like the no-nonsense approach and pragmatic steps I can actually use on my paleo journey. It also kept me super inspired. Telling my work out buddy to check out this audiobook too!

I am a man who trains a lot, and I like to be healthy. I like to read to find out more about food, health benefits etc. I'm glad a friend told me about this audiobook.

I recommend it because it packs a nice value inside. I recommend it for athletes, those who want to lose weight and be healthy.
There are even recipes at the end.
