good to listen

Just started eating the keto way of eating Jan. 16, 2017. I lost 6 pounds in four days and I've never felt better. I have more energy and can think clearly, and my sinuses are not nearly as bad this early Spring 2017. I'm amazed. This is definitely a way of eating for life because a return to carbs will not only make me gain the weight back, but also feel poorly.

All the ketogenic diet you can handle

Would you consider the audio edition of Ketogenic Diet: Ketogenic Diet Mistakes to Avoid to be better than the print version?

I have not gotten the print version but I would imagine it's much better than the print version because of the narrator. The low carb diet plan is what you really need to start losing weight! Great product and I would buy again.

There rules to avoid in making sure the ketogenic diet is effective and working. If you don't the guidelines laid out in this audiobook then you certainly won't see the results you want.

Ketogenic Diet Mistakes to Avoid

This is a great little book. In the first week, I went from 176 lbs. to 168 lbs. I'm into my early 2nd week now and know I'll be losing more weight. I need to lose about another 40 lbs. and then I'll be at a good body weight for my age and frame.

Must listen to it.....

The author did a good job. I like that not only is the book given detailed instructions on how to prepare dishes, but also a detailed diet plan. Often I read only an approximate diet plan. Ketogenic is an excellent way out if you need to lose weight. In this case, for 21 days I was convinced of this. It is also good that the recipes contain pictures. You do not have to read the unleavened text.
