BEST AUDIO BOOK....

Are you searching for a perfect cookbook to learn various low carbohydrate recipes, then you are in the right place and this cookbook will be a perfect choice. I picked this cookbook last week for learning some new recipe but after finishing the entire read of this book I have realized what I really got at my hand.

Excellent book......

I am on a low carb diet recently and I wanted to try out some quick and simple low carb recipes. I found this book on Amazon audioble and immediately grabbed it. A good resource book, but wanted more recipes so I can try different varieties each day. This is a recommended read for anyone interested in starting a low carb diet.

Great book for the low carber, or for someone who just wants to eat fewer carbs without losing flavor. It's more than a cookbook. Easy to follow recipes with ingredients that anyone can find at their local food market.

this is great and informative

This is a great and informative book! This book breaks it down and explains why it works and the meals/snacks it offers are easy to make.The book is a good reference for the low carb way of dieting. I have found a lot of the recipes to be really tasty.This book helps you meal plan which helps anyone changing their eating habits succeed.
