I really like this book!
It provides a detailed shopping list with the quantities needed. Many items on the list I already have in my pantry which is helpful. I just copy the list onto my phone notes and I'm good to go. The book reminds the reader that you do need to have containers for each meal. These are easily found at local stores in the storage section. I like to use the prepped meal containers that are reusable.

This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever purchased. I am new to the Mediterranean diet. I chose it because of the many positive reviews its received. The recipes are easy to follow, logical and delicious.

The food in this book is really GOOD.
The food in this book is really GOOD. I'm not actually a diabetic -- not yet, anyway. But Type II diabetes does run in my family. Some of my co-workers had the original Flat Belly Diet book, and I tried it, but found some of the recipes to not be that good.

I originally purchased this book because I enjoy drinking smoothies as a post workout recovery drink and I needed some new ideas. Wow, was I impressed. There are so many recipes and every recipe I have tried is DELICIOUS. They creatively combine fruits and vegetables to maximize nutrition and flavor. “Super Berry Fresher” and”Fruity Vitality Smoothie” are my personal favorites. Yum!

Yoga to lose
This is a great cookbook for folks who like to cook and also know about the Flat Belly Diet. The tips about smart cooking" by preparing early are sound. The photos are terrific. The instructions are easy. The book even gives a shopping list each week to buy for the diet. For me, however, the preparation is just too complicated. If you KNOW you like the diet plan, it's a perfect cookbook. Be sure to research the plan before buying the cookbook!

The food is great although
The food is great although, there are some I can not eat due to allergies, but I was able to find wonderful choices to replace them with. I learned a better way to manage what I ate that is giving me more energy and stamina everyday. The exercises that they have listed to go along with the new way to view how and what I eat are even more amazing.

I really like this book. I do not have diabetes. But I am over weight and trying to make health changes. I also have the original flat belly diet book and the pocket guide. I ordered this first in kindle but then I decided when it comes to recipes I prefer having the actual book.

I love this book.
I love this book. I have never really counted calories, (have always counted carbs). As I get older, I am finding that losing weight is extremely hard. I bought the Flat Belly Diet Pocket Guide with hopes that this would be the answer.
