Maybe for beginners
I felt like this book may work for beginners but if you have been lifting for a while and are just getting older, probably not for you. I pretty much stopped listening when it was suggested to give up bench press, leg press, and deadlift because it's too easy to hurt yourself. Also wondering why they would say "Bending down and lifting a barbell to your chest is dangerous to your back" for the deadlift.
