Very helpful

I like the emotional angle it takes on the issue of being overweight, and with the help of the meditations I've been doing, I've been able to restrain the need to overeat under pressure. For me personally, this book has been a huge assistance.

Easy to understand

I was surprised because when the audiobook was recommended to me I thought it was going to be one of those difficult to understand audiobooks, but it was the opposite. I enjoyed it and learned a lot by listening to it. I consider it an educational tool that provides answers and alternatives to the problem of overweight that many of us are suffering from right now.

Fear of the unknown

I lent the audiobook to my neighbor five months ago so that she could learn about this new alternative to help her with her overweight and she thought it was great. She has had the hypnosis treatment and has also changed her eating habits at home and the results are there to see.
