Easy to follow and understand.

This audiobook should have been my health group textbook. It has everything I need to stay fit. Eating healthy, exercising and your HABITS (probably you do not notice them) are the three ways one can lose weight. If only using one of the three, the dieting won't work. Fitness is a goal everyone should have. A. Hodge created a perfect guide book. These pages are well-organized and well-researched. Need motivation? That too is covered in this How to Become and Stay Fit Forever. I was genuinely amazed at how much content was provided in this short audiobook. I definitely needed to listen to it. Easy to follow and understand. For those serious about their health, I highly recommend How to Become and Stay Fit Forever.

Highly recommended!

Finally, an audiobook to help get off the weight roller coaster. If you are tired of the same old diets; losing then gaining over and over and want to stay at your ideal weight, then listen to this book. You will learn the principles of why you repeat this behavior from someone who has "been there" and "done that".
So, if you are serious about your health, this may be the last book you will ever listen to weight loss. Highly recommended!

Powerful Book!! Absolutely LOVE it!!

This audiobook will speak to you, move you so deeply and give you tools for real change. This audiobook is a must-listen-to for anyone who struggles with food and body. We aren't alone in this fight. Food freedom is possible for everyone with Allison's knowledge and guidance. I am passing this book on to every woman I know!

Recommend it.

I enjoyed this audiobook and would recommend it to others. If you think this may be relatable to you, it’s worth the purchase. I am learning about emotional eating and becoming more aware of it. This book has helped me identify what's going on when I want to eat when I'm not hungry and what to do instead.

Good informative.

If you've tried diet after diet, only to lose weight but see it find it's way back to you, this is a step by step process to remove you from dieter mentality. You will finally understand why diets don't work and be on a pathway to your goal weight with learned behaviors that will help you obtain and maintain your weight loss. We want the fat gone forever, don't we?

It's a tiny but HUGE idea. Set yourself up for success. Change at least one habit at a time. Try to use to and go ahead to change another one. I have been killing it since I listen to this. I meet my goals every day PLUS some. Stop giving your money to the diet industry!

This audiobook presents an excellent framework for habit change in a way that is achievable and begins a positive flywheel of self-improvement. I started the strategies immediately and have already made progress toward the goals I have using this approach. The author provides useful data and a suggestion to make her ideas come to life.

Nice book.

As a health coach, the emotional and psychological piece comes in with every single client, and Allyson Hodge's book is an essential tool in my toolkit. I recommend it to many clients, and they have unbelievable breakthroughs listening and reading her book. We all go through so many of the same emotions around food, mainly when we punish ourselves, and "Become and Stay Fit Forever" clarifies why we do this and offers recommendations for overcoming it. I can't recommend this book enough! I've listened to it multiple times and have different epiphanies each time.

Practical tips.

It was very refreshing to listen to a different type of book about weight loss. Allyson Hodge's strategy is easy to implement and leads to life long change. Excellent ideas. Easy to put into practice. This is a beautiful book with constructive and even life-changing ideas - I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking to make a lasting change in their health and feel good while doing it!

Superb!

"Become and Stay Fit Forever" based on controlling your thoughts and habits for food and not really based on legacy ideas about weight loss. So, a different perception towards weight loss, control your mind that eventually will control your body. The idea is sub with helpful references. I personally have not tried yet, but I sure like the idea and the fact that the book does not promise to lose xx pounds in xx days, etc. It’s all about positivity and not about negative thoughts or does not offer any magic pill to reduce weight but requires persistent dedication and work.
I think it’s an excellent resourceful material that can sit in your audio library and ready to be pulled when you need it. It offers useful ideas for controlling thought patterns and possibly can help in one’s plan of weight reduction. All in all a motivating, informative book that will realize a reader to love the best healthy life.
