Una pincelada de filosofía diaria
Soy un amante de la filosofía estoica, por su practicidad.
Me ha gustado mucho el formato de este libro, que permite aprovechar cualquier hueco en nuestra ajetreada y estresante vida, y permitirnos reflexionar por unos minutos, y pararnos a pensar en lo que realmente merece la pena.
Está pensado para escucharse un capítulo al día (366 en total), personalmente no pude evitar la tentación de terminarlo en menos de una semana. Quizás me haga con la versión escrita, más apropiada para dicho propósito.

Thought provoking and necessary
A fantastic book that will get your mind in the right place and allow you to establish your place in the world. It helped me pause and reflect and then pivot on many of the things in life. It helped me decide to move forward full force in opening my own company, now and not later. It helped me get over fear and understand we can only control our own reasoned choice. It helps you in so many ways become armed with what it takes to be a good person. At the end, I do believe what they say. Enough reading, it is time to turn words into works! Be a good person, do your part to contribute to the world.

No question, if you listen to audio books for knowledge and hopefully the wisdom that it creates, you will love this book.
As philosophers, you and I are all faced with choices. You cannot learn how to act from a book. Personal change is difficult. But you can learn and practice. If you do not gain anything from this book or it doesn’t change your life, something is seriously wrong with you.
