I consider this book a motivational one for me. Good daily habits that I can try to improve myself, an action plan in improve, transform, be healthy and be happy. For me it's really important to understand the roote cause of why we behave in certain ways. It's the best way to overcome weight issues, bad habits and addictions. This book uncovers the core of who we are and why we behave in certain ways. Very well narrated. Highly recommended!

If you are wanting a different eating lifestyle for the rest of your life and need to lose weight. This is the book for you. It explains why you should eat this way, It is a healthy way to loose weight, and it comes off fast and safely. After you get to your goal weight the second part of the book explains how to maintain that healthy weight. This book gives you an easy meal plan and list of foods and then its up to you to plan how you want and what you eat.
