Publisher's summary

Do you ever feel not good enough? Are you constantly trying to fix yourself? Do you want to find your way back to the person who you know you are deep down? Then, read on...

Suzanne Jones has helped thousands of participants with her life-changing somatic healing program and has put the knowledge into the last self-help book you will ever need. She leads you on a journey back to your authentic self by guiding you through a personal exploration of recovery, growth, and resilience.

There Is Nothing to Fix is The Power of Now meets the #MeToo movement. Interspersed with case studies and stories of real people - stories you can connect with - the book illustrates the power of Jones’ approach to create innate healing and hope.

Jones begins where most teachings on self-compassion, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships end, by going to the source of lasting change: the body. This audiobook provides a practical lens through which listeners can understand their responses and emotions while offering step-by-step guidance for changing these responses, all with an emphasis on compassion and empowerment.

Through this revolutionary approach, you will be able to experience true freedom from the constant urge to fix yourself from the outside. Jones teaches you everyday tools to build self-confidence, self-compassion, and most important, self-acceptance - tools that have been within you all along.

In today’s struggle to feel connection and approval in our chaotic and critical world, There Is Nothing to Fix teaches us how to suspend judgment, become curious, and find emotional freedom from within.

AMAZING!!!

Sue Jones has been an AWE inspiring woman as well as all of the other woman that she writes about in this book.
'There Is Nothing To Fix' walked me through the journey of not only her own past and trauma, but so many other woman (close friends and clients) who have gone through trauma. IN THE END THERE IS NOTHING TO FIX!!

It is about Being Aware of our bodies sensations (noticing what and where), and having Self Compassion (accepting it) for how our bodies react physically to what was and has been occurring to it emotionally, mentally, and physically, etc.
Sue has guided me on a path that I now know I have the choice as to when and at what pace I want to walk/run it- using creative tools and techniques through words, breath, meditation, yoga, space, and mindfulness.
Simply "sitting in the nasty" and hurting to heal is something she encourages and comforts all to do.
I also think that the Narrator Eleanor Caudill, had a calm and steady voice during the audio which enhanced the book even more so. There are so many strong woman we are surrounded by and we are all connected in one way or another and for that I am GRATEFUL!

THANK YOU!!!

This should be required reading for all

This should be required reading for everyone as we transition from from adolescence and teenagers into young adulthood. By empowering people with a deeper understanding of how they're by bodies and mines work together together, They would also have the power tor to interrupt negative patterns that might keep them from being all that they could be in adulthood, first and foremost healthy, well adjusted and content in themselves. imagine!

Having taken a week-long TIMBo workshop with Sue, listening to this book has been like one revelation after another...about myself. Highly recommend for anyone who may feel their life isn't what they had hoped or they are suffering the effects of traumatic events (recent or childhood).

Highly recommend to start a healing journey

There is so much empowering information to help you feel whole and confident and at peace with being human. I am very grateful and inspired by the author and excited to develop the tools she shared. I am going through a very intense and uncomfortable transition and feel the anxiety and uncomfortableness start to lessen through becoming more aware.

Book content: amazing. Narrator: superb.

I absolutely loved this book. BY FAR, ONE OF THE BEST SELF-HELP WITH GUIDANCE, EVER. The narrator voice was amazingly soothing, easy to listen to. The books content was spot on what I was looking for.

Pretty disappointed

I thought this book was going to be about getting out of an abusive relationship relationship and taking care of yourself. It ended up being A lot about her yoga workshop and self promotion. She also goes on to say how her dad abused her terribly but you know hes a good grandfather and she totally forgives him which is really dangerous message to send to survivors. The author is also extremely out of touch with reality because she comes from a life of money and privilege and it's obvious she can't relate to people who don't have financial freedom. She also goes on to say how Mitch is such a great father and and I also think that's a dangerous message for her children to think hes a good person this person for all the bad things hes done to her. All in all the book is messy I don't recommend it.
