Felt like he was speaking to me directly
Ben was able to educate me on IF in a way that made me understand why (I'm a millennial, and knowing why is paramount) IF is one of the best things you can do for yourself, debunked any myths I may have heard, and answered any questions I had. Cheatsheet to IF is definitely an apropos name for the book. Don't think twice about it, just listen/read. You won't regret it.

A Quick Guide To Intermittent Fasting
If you are looking for a guide to. help you. learn about what intermittent fasting is and how it works, this is well worth a listen. Ben makes it very easy to understand and goes over a lot of the misconceptions about fasting. An easy listen on a car ride and easy to understand. There's so much information out there about fasting and it's not always from a credible source, so this book is a great stepping stone to understanding how IF works and it comes from a knowledgable source. Would definitely recommend!

Reality, my wake up call to Health
I have had pre and Type 2 Diabetes for a few years. Six months ago I took a few Keto pills and started losing weight. I believed as the add said eat whatever you want with no need to exercise. Big mistake! Blood sugar went out of control. My doctor immediately placed me on meds. Ben Azadi has shown me the truth. Get healthy to lose weight. No sugar, control Carbs, Fast in increments. Excellent, except one thing.
This is an excellent book on explaining the chemistry and benefits of fasting. It makes fasting a choice, not an obligation. That is great. The one complaint is they don’t give a choice on diet sodas or water flavorings because of the same erroneous belief that they increase sugar cravings. They may in some people, but they don’t in others. Many of find a diet Root Beer or a Black Cherry/BlackBerry Mio satisfies, even quells, my cravings for sweets. Had they made artificial sweeteners a choice, rather than an absolute “No!”, I’d given the book 5 stars. Dr Fung helped break us out of the low fat diet lie, but did not do enough research on diet sodas actually helping many people adhere to their fast. (Personally I stopped artificial sweeteners because they are artificial.). But they should be offered as a choice.
Jimmy Moore does an excellent job narrating.

not worth your time or money
this audiobook gives you some information about fasting. But my impression of it was more the author's attempt to sell me a membership to his fasting Facebook group. which was mentioned repeatedly. You are much better off listening to Michael Mosley.
