Best and most well presented and explained book on this topic that I have read. I highly recommend and this one is better than her first book which I have also read.

Easy listen, with steps to immediately improve health and start burning fat. I've read her other books Dark Calories and Deep Nutrition, and this book was a great addition for strategies for fat burning. Can be a stand alone or in addition to the other two books.

I wish every person on the planet would listen to just a few minutes of what Dr Cate has to say. The principles she believes in speak truth…with no agenda other than to give people the chance to know how things actually work. No hype, nothing for show. Deep Nutrition is my favorite book of all time. This book is just as good and gives some new insights that keep you up to date. Great thing is she doesn’t have to correct anything she’s previously taught. It’s all Rock solid. Bravo Dr. Cate! I’m in your camp.
