She is the co-creator of the Whole30 program, and a 4-time New York Times bestselling author (It Starts With Food, The Whole30, Food Freeedom Forever, and The Whole30 Cookbook). She also released two NEW books in December 2017: The Whole30 Day by Day and The Whole30 Fast and Easy Cookbook.

Melissa has been featured by Dr. Oz, The Today Show, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Details, Shape, Outside, and SELF.
