Good but.....

This was more of a "Look what I got!" than a "here is how it is done" type of thing and the last speaker was just horrible!
Lisa Nichols irritated me at the end of her speech with that almost crying jag.
I expected more

disappointment

I thought with this many of the WONDERFUL teachers from the secret that this would be insightful and enlightening. Only one or maybe two of the five speakers actually spoke of anything other than their program that they were trying to promote.

This may not (and i hope not) have been the fault of the speakers themselves, maybe the work of whoever put on the show... however after reading what this audio presentation was about, and listening to four and a half hours of "in my book, or buy my program and i'll show you HOW to do this". that leaves about 30 minutes of material you can use once you go through it all...

this is my opinion, i loved the secret... and maybe i had too high of hopes but when it says,

"Now you can take lessons learned from The Secret to the next level with hours of practical information recorded at sold-out seminars."

I expected AAALLLOOOTTTT more...

less fluff, more meat - two stars

One BIG Infomercial

I was very disappointed. I wait anxiously for the first of the month to order my new book. Now I have to wait another 30 days. This was really nothing more than a HUGE infomercial in order for each of the speakers to sell the program and join as an affiliate. Price... Over a thousand dollars!

When the student is ready the teachers will come

I loved this audiobook. I enjoyed every one of the speakers and took something valuable from each. My 14 year old daughter has started to listen to it on her ipod too, plus we listen to parts of it every morning on our way to school. It has helped her to gain some direction in her life, which has lead to a vision board and a more focused approach to her school work. The only thing I wanted at the end of the five and a half hours was more of the same. I hope the teachers bring out a longer version of this audiobook. I can't get enough of them and their message.

Worth a Listening.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this audio to a friend who had watched The Secret. I see by some of the other reviews that many thought there was too much of a infomercial aspect to the presentations. It is true that every speaker was selling a product but there was enough information available here to make it worth a listening. Actually a few listens.

Very Motivating

One of the best seminars that I've heard so far. Jack Candfield is so wonderful and so are the rest of the cast. I've put into practice most of the teachings and they have worked for me. I am a Food and Beverage manager in a hotel and I've gotten some of my employees involved with the secret teachings and each has improved there life in their own way. The very first employee that I spoked to about the secret program is a Casino waitress who was on the edge of loosing her job and the other employees didn't get along with her. She started applying the techniques shown in this audio book and The Secret book and quickly changed her life, she gets along with the other employees, she started making money (which she wasn't making before) she started getting $100 poker chips from clients everyday she started making more money then the other waiters, about 3 weeks later she received $2000.00 tip from a customer, you could imagine her joy. True Story. All from applying the secret, thinking positive and focusing on the things she wants and not focusing on the thins she doesn't want.

Another one of my employees a large women who has been single for over 2 years, found a wonderful man who is crazy about her and wants to marry her. She's lost over 20 pounds and continues loosing weight, and she is happier then ever.

As for me, I was struggling in my relationship with my boyfriend, and hated my job as a bar supervisor. Since I started the program and applying everything that I'm learning, I got promoted to Food and Beverage Manager with a $8000.00 pay increase I'm also getting along with my boyfriend, we're engaged, living together and planing on getting married next year and starting a family. I'm the happiest I've been in years. This book is great for those who want to make the things you have in your life better or receive the things you lack. But you have to put in practice everything this is a GREAT BOOK !!!!

Exactly what I needed a definite good read

If you could sum up The Secret in three words, what would they be?

Informative,essential and valuable

What other book might you compare The Secret to and why?

This is a great book to go to after the secret by rhonda bryne and the magic by rhonda byrne. This actually breaks everything down in the law of attraction and helps one to formulate why they have not succeeded in using the law of attraction until now.

What about the narrators’s performance did you like?

Incredible narrators ..Really love listening to Proctor and t harv eker who are so exciting and captivating I listened to the book in one sitting.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When T harv talked about programming and how we make ourselves victims of programming which will lead you to never make money.

Life Changing

I cannot explain how happy I am to have picked this up and listed to it. My finacee and I are both continually listening to it and there is nothing we have heard that can get you as motyivated to get off your butt and make it happen for yourself, than this. We are both quite familiar with this sort of audio but I can honestly say that there are some pearls of wisdom here that I will take through my entire life.

For a quick burst of motivation to push forward with something you're procrastinating on, or just for a general morale boost, this audio is exactly what you need.

Good overall

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, it's a good listen with practical tips too. The variety of speakers means there should be at least one that resonates with you

What was one of the most memorable moments of Teachers of The Secret?

I liked Lisa Nichols the best

Any additional comments?

The thing that spoiled this book for me was Bob Proctors style of speaking, it just made me feel like he was a salesman trying to sell me something, and I didn't want to buy it! He's quite shouty and I also find him quite patronising but that might just be me.

Talking loud and saying nothing. -1 star

My opinion in its entirety was too long, In brief i will say that there is no secret only hard work & pain after which comes the reward, it may not be the reward you wanted but a reward of some kind will manifest & that is life.

Let me give you an example

Woman falls in love with man, has baby and man leaves.

Not exactly what either of them had in mind.

Woman has to come up with a plan to support and raise her child She has to adjust fast and works damned hard to support baby with no help from man, many sleepless nights and depression occur as a result.

Woman has tried to have the right response and attitude. She has made many sacrifices and has been blessed along the way none the less her heart has hardened somewhat due to some bad choices and the over all hardship of life.

None the less somehow she has become a great woman and mother and good on her.

Woman’s baby becomes a man and respects his mother.

Man runs his own business selling toilet roll & toilet brushes. He has never been on TV for writing or rapping he is not a celebrity or sports icon in any shape or form & he does not show his wealth by wearing expensive clothes, bling and driving flash cars but he does become filthy rich.

Woman has nothing to worry about as far as money goes because her son shows her the respect & care she deserves.

That’s one of mother’s many rewards.

Hard work, planning, sacrifice, pain, small blessings here & there.

Having the right attitude & response.

Combined all these things equate to the woman’s reward at different points in her life.

That's the SECRET folks. Good old fashioned HARD WORK

All these speakers are doing is selling there books & courses.

Dangling a carrot.

It's shallow & annoying. I wouldn't waste my money on this book.

But will you?
