should be required reading or listening

depending on your preference. so much useful information on how to converse. starting with the yes and, yes really responses to keeping dialog flowing to the HPM template on never being stuck for a response and so much more. As a bonus the book is to the point and a short read or listen. the author doesn't belabor points to pad the book. here is the message a couple examples and moves on. more authors should take note less is sometimes more and in this case it is in spades.

Kinda boring.

Any additional comments?

I guess I thought there would be more comedic execution tips. Mainly just back and forth conversation tips. I did not find the narrator engaging.

Some ok advice

There's some ok advice in here but nothing groundbreaking. It's more about listening and passing the conversation onto your partner.
