Everyone who presents or is in a sales position should read this book!!

I have read several books on communication and I am always trying to better myself and learn. This book by far helped me the most and I’ve recommended it to several of my coworkers. I’d say it is a must read for anyone in sales or if you do presentations to groups of people. I have read several times and I learn more every time I read it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Brief Review

Would only recommend if you want a concise brief review of professional communication. The clean-cut dry delivery may not be interesting otherwise.

This book has application for leaders, sales and anyone who communicates with others. The authors provides easily understood examples of how to connect with and engage your audience. This is one of those books I will listen to a few more times, not because of the difficulty to digest but because the information is that transformative. Great Book

This book should be handed out to high school students so when they start applying to colleges and jobs, they have understandings of how to speak properly and know how to communicate.

I used to suck at communicating, now I am better!

Definitely interesting! Now I want to use these skills, and help others. I listened to this book, never read a page. It was one big wonderful speech to me. It was more the speech I wish one of my parents could of given me when I was a young adult. Now into my mid 30's, I have self recognition and have struggled with my intelligence by directing, and not leading. This book WILL help YOU! It has me...

Helpful

Overall, this was well worth my time. The overall message is relatively simple, but the book offers practical techniques to put it into practice. There are some really chewy parts that you’ll probably want to refer back to.

Class of it's own

This is hands down the best book on communication I have ever read. First and foremost it's actionable and approachable.
