Inspiring audio book with actionable tips.

Narration is great and very suitable for the type of information given. No big revelations but it all makes sense. The book inspired me to start and restart some of my better habits. Listened to the whole thing in one sitting and plan on doing it with some regularity. This way I can stay on target and even reflect on my progress and refine the methods.

Some obvious stuff

Obvious, avarage, woke up in 5 a.m. and go to gym/ dont give up kinda stuff + constant ads of his website or whatever. Do not recommend.
