Too Brief

After doing some reading online about INTP's I decided to buy this audio book to go more in depth. Unfortunately, this book was basically a summery of what I read on the internet. If you know nothing about INTP's then this book will be great. Unfortunately, if you know nothing about INTP's then you probably aren't an INTP so this book probably won't interest you. haha

Only semi-informative and rather insulting.

There are redeeming qualities about this book, such as its general introductory-level information. However, there is little information that one couldn't find in a free web article. The author is way too outspoken about his pro-socialism and anti-religious sentiments for a book that should be an inbiased informative piece about a personality indicator. He goes as far as to insult religion as a whole. I found this to be in very poor taste. It shows a small-mindedness to asume that religion can't co-exist with logic.

Helpful, but not outstanding

As an INTP, I'm always looking for material that will help me better understand me, and hints to improve my life and relationships. This book touches base on the same distinctions that can be found in a Google search. I was hoping for more of a memoir of an INTP and the processes they use, and theories they distinguish that helps them live a more enjoyable and meaningful life. Nonetheless, it was a quick reminder, and an easy listen.

Really helped me understand myself and others!

Very insightful, thought provoking, and wonderfully intellectually stimulating in such a short amount of time.

great insights... ok delivery

I definitely got a lot out of this book. Being an INTP myself I was mildly distracted by an often questionable choice of language. The performance was very dry and monotone but it's a short, technical book so that want much of a problem..

A slow elevator pitch

Overall: not worth the time and money
Performance: slow and uninspired.
Story: nothing more than basic information organized into bullet points. A lot of unnecessary fluff and filler at the beginning and end, clearly copy-pasted to each book in this series.

spot on!

spot on, a very practical guide on how to be human... yes, as an INTP i often get "accused" of being insensitive... but far from it, most INTPs do care for other, our problem is that we do not express emotions as other... this audiobook gave me some good guidelines on how to improve expressing emotions and be less frustrated
