As an ENTJ - it's definitely worth listening to!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I would recommend it to my friends, coworkers, and already have recommended to my family. I think learning more about yourself, why we act and think the way we do - allows us to create opportunities for ourselves while also understanding those around us and how we are perceived.

What did you like best about this story?

I really liked the "Ideal Career Work" section - it is exactly what I needed to help me in my job search. I also liked the "7 Actionable Steps for Improvement".

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

That what makes an ENTJ happy is honesty, integrity, and stability. As well as the notion, we can be admired as we can also be seen as ruthless.

straight to the point

Clayton delivers a terrific summary of the ENTJ, improving our self awareness. This was a great reminder of who I am and I hope to have my wife listen to it so we can know each other better.

This isn't even a book

This is some sort of page outline reading. Every 3rd word is a page number.

I think something is missing...

I'm taking notes on this wonderful guide to ENTJs and noticed that the section about the 7 greatest strengths (chapter 10 of 22?) is missing 1 of the 7 strengths! It lists and discusses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7. #5 doesn't make the cut! So either change it to 6 strengths or add the 5th! Thanks :)

Insightful but not comprehensive

Bring the first MBTI book I’ve “read” on my personality type, it was helpful and eye-opening. Before this, however, I listened to and bought the hard-copy of a book explaining my wife’s type (ENFP). It was appropriately titled The Comprehensive ENFP Survival Guide. Perhaps that author set the bar too high but at the close of this book I found myself wanting the exposition to peel back more layers for discussion. Listen to it, but don’t expect your research to stop here.
