Silly, simple, and much needed.

Very simple advice given in a fun way that everyone should take the time to listen to.

Almost mired in clichés, yet brilliant

I almost quit listening to this book after the hundredth familiar motivational cliché but the curiosity and stamina of this rhino kept me going. There are some great nuggets in there, worth the read or listen. I paraphrase... Watch out for the disease of being cool - only dead animals are cool. Etc etc

The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that it's chock-full of short phrases and ideas, do this do that rather than using any sort of effective storyline.

Awful

Shouty, judgemental, patronising, obnoxious, over-generalised. Listened to half of it with an open mind before deciding I didn't need to hear any more. If that makes me a 'cow' then so be it.

Don’t waste your money

I listened to this audio book twice to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. It was just as bad the second time around. I feel I have wasted 3 hours of my life that I will never get back 🙄

Reqdy to charge !!!

I really good book and very easy to digest, yes at times its abit silly and daft but the principles and message is strong. Be a rhino and charge !

Id recommend this book to everyone ,everywhere. Being a rhino is surely much better than being a cow or sheep !

At points i feel the book is abit preachy due to the authors faith and there is a few bible quotes . For me this is a little annoying as a atheist but he does keep it on topic and does acknowledge you do not have to share this belief.

Always change!

Read the book many years ago & then got hit by many torpedoes at the same time. The audio version has resuscitated this now aging Rhino. Can feel my 2" thick skin twitcimg, the scar tissue along with it. Heaving my 6000 ILB body up again, the air being sucked through my nostrils, I can smell that victory, better get out the way! Chargeeeeeeeeee........... 🦏

Brilliant

Preposterously motivational. The author (who narrates) adds so much verve to the material that you can’t help but smile. A lot of goodies crammed into this short book. It was recommended by Bear Grylls as one of the key factors in his success (he found it at a young age). Thanks Scott for a very unique take on defining and achieving success!

They call me Rhino

After listening to this version and comparing it to the version on tape of 25 years ago, with a few add is and updates, it was as brilliant as the first time I heard it, running a red light as I did. No one hurt.
Love it 25 yrs on
