The real McCoy~

I do feel educated and rewarded after listening to this resource. Not only did it deliver an in-depth message on the general concept of maintaining good health, but it also went on to say some practical, easy-to-understand tips and nuggets of information on food, exercise, daily dietary plans. For me, this is one of the most reliable go-to sources for the body and health. It taught me plenty of things that even my parents didn't mention a lot in my childhood. Now I know why so many people call her Mama Joyce. This is something that I could actually see myself reading once in a while to refresh my memory in terms of taking good care of my body and health.

Great insight!

Would you listen to Look Great, Feel Great again? Why?

I listened to this story consecutively because I know I was missing some really key points. I find Joyce Meyer's personal stories and her insight to be engaging and thought provoking. I highly recommend it!

Follow directions and we can all Look Great, Feel Great!

Very well worded and educational. If your looking for a way to eat healthful and build your immune system this book tells it like it is. It not only gives practical advice, but also educates us. I highly recommend, well worth the listen.
