Really enjoyed the tips and best practice hints that author provided from his own personal experience. I also appreciated that author presented some of failures/follies and recommendations for how to avoid them.Excited to implement the advice from author into my real estate investments

The book tells you what you need to do in a good clear manor and gives you a good idea of what information an experts you'll need to go out and find to make this happen.It sets down a general road map to investing in real estate. I just started thinking about real estate investing and this is a great book to get introduction on what’s involved. This is a good book for newbies to start real estate investment. The step by step flow shows you how to make real estate investment successful.
