This is by far one for the greatest books

This is a book worth listening to over and over again. Great Job! I look forward to reading more books from this author in the future.

Excellent for a beginners

As a wanna be commercial real estate investor this was a prefect intro. The stories of his real world experiences, good and bad. really emphasize the need for education and taking investments seriously. I would definitely recommend this.

Very thin, good if you've never thought about commercial real estate. Mostly discusses apartment buildings.
