This is a fantastic overall investment book. I have had rentals for years and have been winging it. I wish I read this 20 years ago. Robert is an amazing writer. He's entertaining and informative. I wish he lived near me and we could hang out so I could pick his brain.

great stuff for rental properties

Enthralling most of the way through. Despite a background in commerce, I had never looked too deeply into the real estate market until recently. This book served as a great tool to come to equal terms with my prospective business partner.

This is a good book for newbies to start a real estate investment. The step by step flow shows you how to make real estate investment success. It also highlighted the traps and problems you may face if you are not savvy investors.

The writing style and information is super accessible, easy to understand, and helped clarify my personal goals and strategies.
