Great books on the basics

I previously invested in rental properties but haven’t since 2009. I started investing again a few years ago but wanted a refresh on the basics. This is a great book for that.

Lives up to its phenomenal reputation.

Vary informational

It was a lot to learn but I think after a couple time of reading it I'll fully understand the whole thing.

Great Book

Great book. A lot of good info, tips and facts. I would recommend reading this if you’re just starting out or a seasoned real estate investor.

great book but a lil different

i really liked this book and usually not great with numbers but the way its laid out (and if you realize there are companion files on their website before you start the book and not halfway through like i did) after looking at the companion files and listening it makes a lot of sense. i will say, for the most part i listened in the car but the portions with numbers/math i screenshotted and went home later to relisten. this is a great plan and set of steps involved! i've been reading rich dad poor dad books and this makes me want to keep going!
