Great book
This book gives very concrete steps one needs to take in order to do real estate investing and buying rental properties. I've listened to it once and will re-listen several more in order to retain as much as possible. Have not yet tried the outlined steps but planning to in the future.

Great advice
This book is exciting and is a great read / listen if you want to think big in buy and hold real estate investing. Ken gives a step by step process to buy and manage multi tenant properties and ensure you make money doing it.
