This is one wild ride!
When you think you know the direction of the plot, you’re wrong. The journey this series has taken so far has been one filled with grief, loneliness, love, concern, determination, and so much more. I have so many questions and the story has just begun! I can’t wait for book 2!

For the narrator!
The narrator says the word anxious in a way that took my out of the story at times, but overall I really enjoyed the it. The way her voice brought me closer to the main character made me feel warm, her voice is almost motherly. I will be highly recommending this audio and the book itself to friends! Five stars!!

Everything!!!
Absolutely, hands down my favorite series. I love LOVE the fmcs. The men are amazing. The jokes, the banter, and the agony are well written. I read each book. Missed them so I bought the Audible. And have recommended them shamelessly to anyone who would listen. This book parallels real life sarcastic view to terror and will leave you crying with humor and with sadness.

Fabulous writing!
This book had me on edge & go from the very 1st chapter. MC is such a badass, she's witty & a smart ass! The suspense as to what she is was perfectly thought out & then mind blown when you realized what she was. Excellent writing style! Maeve York did an outstanding performance with the many characters. I truly can't wait for Book 2.

OMG IDK WHAT TO SAY BUT THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD!!!!!
Seriously, if you do nothing else rate this book. If you like slow burn rate, this book if you like intense storytelling, read this book. I was so hooked at every word on every sentence on every chapter each character. I just couldn't put the book down. I was laughing my a** off. I was being angry along with our main character.
It was definitely had we cracked it up. I give this book a 10 out of 10. The author is absolutely amazing if you're having second thoughts, read that book.
