Loved!

I had high expectations going into this book and it exceeded them. This was excellent! The audiobook narration was phenomenal.

Omegaverse romance with great characters

In this captivating tale, I stepped into the world of Esme, an Omega artist living in the shadow of her famous twin sister, Eva. Struggling to find love amidst her sister's fame, I empathized with Esme's rejection by alphas who coveted Eva instead. However, her life took a thrilling turn when I met an Alpha and his pack of tattoo artists, who offered Esme genuine affection. Despite her insecurities, I witnessed Esme's inspiring journey of self-discovery and acceptance. While the story delves into her internal struggles, I longed for a deeper exploration of her past, which would have made her emotional growth more profound. Nevertheless, the book shines with diverse characters and intimate scenes, making it a refreshing read in the Omegaverse genre.

Unexpectedly Fantastic!

This is the best book I have read in a long time! I can't believe how much I connected with Esme - minus the high society/twins thing. I was riveted for the entirety of the book, and sadly finished it today lol. Went and got the other Slate City book immediately. I hope lots of people will discover this book in their travels! So Worth It!

Phenomenal

I don’t usually write reviews, but this audiobook is absolutely perfect, sweet & steamy. I’ll be re-listening many times in the future. The alphas are wonderfully protective, reassuring and sweet. The spice was very detailed and well written🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

The narration was amazing as well, conveying all the emotions from the characters. I listen to about 3 audiobooks a week and won’t be forgetting this one anytime soon. 👏🏻👏🏻

In my Omegaverse era

I’m loving Omegaverse books right now and this was an utterly delightful story. I loved the main pack and how well developed the side characters were and I could see myself wanting to hear some many stories in this world. It just need a little bit more explanation of the Omegaverse concepts within the story because I know each book handles it slightly differently and there were times that I was confused about whether or not certain “rules” applied to this story.

Narration: I loved Lessa Lamb as an omega, she was perfect for it. However, Aiden Snow does all of the male character POVs and I really wish that there had been different voices for the different POVs whether more narrators or not.

Super sweet

Very lighthearted and sweet. Hallmark omegaverse vibes, nothing dark if that’s what you are in the mood for. No actual external conflict but lots of hot men worshiping their omega! 🔥

A little too long… But I really liked it

This story was great but a little too long. I still liked it! If you love long books for your credit, this is a good read for you.

Seriously so good

This was everything I needed for a paranormal romance! So happy with it and now I’m sad it’s over! Love the readers on this one too!

Sugary sweet

This is my first omega verse story. I'm still not sure I understand some things though that is not a criticism of this story. I'm kind of assuming there are things that are just kind of known. Anyway, this was just a sweet low/no angst reverse harem type romance. I see the author has another omega verse book and I'm gonna give that one a shot too.

The narrators were great. I want to especially point out that I think Lessa Lamb does really well with male voices. That's not often the case and she deserves credit.
