Wow. Just, wow.

Ok, first I have to say that I do not like "vampire romances". I have read one or two and they were just annoying. This one, however, I really enjoyed. It is not a typical "vampire romance". The story line was amazing and the narrators were fabulous. I couldn't stop listening. I had to know how it would end. So, when it ended at 3 am, I immediately bought the next book in the series. Again, just amazing. Wow. I would highly recommend this book.

Wow. Just wow!

I was always passing this book because I thought I wouldn’t like the female and male narrator combo, but I’m oh so glad I did. Best. Credit. Ever. Spent! They did an AMAZING job, although I did get a little lost on which character (minus Simon) that the male narrator would do. They all sounded the same a little. It’s simply a great book that I truly enjoyed and the author did an amazing job at creating this world and characters. I was hooked and had to finish, just to listen to one more chapter, that I finished in a day. You get invested in it and their lives. I’m so getting book 2. Loved!

Meh...

I wanted to like this book but honestly the performance was not great. The narrator can make or break an audiobook.

Meh...

It was ok. There were some interesting moments. Some of the characters are a likable. If you're a romance lover, you'll probably enjoy it. If you're looking for a great, engaging story line, it may be a little disappointing. The narrators could have put more effort into the reading. Whispering vs exclaiming, anger vs excitement should not all sound exactly the same. Good effort, though.

first that me start off by saying I love it.
this story is about Genesis her journey of finding out that she's been told lies her whole life now dragged into a new world werewolves vampires and angels. she must find her place her destiny. and she must choose wisely, this story is heartbreaking and sweet. not a cliffhanger however it does give u an idea of which characters next 4 the next book. I can't WAIT..

ok..but not great.

This had potential but the narration killed it for me. The performance was awful, extremely cheesy! I might buy the books vs audible but at this point probably not.

Loves this book!

This book kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. The constant storyline twist including werewolves, vampires, angels, dark ones, and sirens was amazing. I know a book is really great when I miss the characters after the book is over as if losing dear friends. As I love supernatural romance novels and have read many of these type novels, I would rate this as one of my top five reads. Definitely worth reading!

Book Inconsistencies

I read the first book a long time ago and noticed a huge inconsistency. I haven't read the rest of the series, but wanted to. I decided to listen to the first book to revised my memory of the first book before moving on to the next book. I'm unsure how the inconsistency fits into the whole story. Ethan's first mate, Ara, gave birth to a daughter in the book, but the audio book said she had a son. I prefer reading, but I'm unsure if I should continue with audio books.

Poorly Narrated

The story is good, but the narration is sorely lacking. Its almost robotic in the pauses and description.
