No lo recomiendo
Lamentablemente hubo muchas cosas que simplemente no fueron bien con el libro, primero la velocidad del lector era muy rápida y su tono era invariable, parecía una máquina leyendo rápido. Por otro lado la intensidad con la que se enfoca en describir ejemplos de emociones o casos negativos es muy alta, así que cae en lo fastidioso. Hay veces que hablaba de técnicas que nada tenían que ver con el capítulo y no daba ningún contexto. Los Títulos de los temas que trata son acertados y las citas de autores son buenas, pero el desarrollo de los temas deja mucho que desear. Me vi tentada mucha veces a simplemente dejar de escucharlo pero quise terminarlo para asegúrame que al finalizar el libro mi opinión del mismo seguía igual, y ciertamente así fue.
