Powerful and Clear

This book is clear and to the point on changing habits/behaviors. It does not shy away from how difficult it can be to change existing bad habits/behaviors. It in the end it leaves you with a clear set of practical actions not only to try and change existing behaviors/habits. But rather focus on new more positive and rewarding behaviors built in small steps from the ground.
Change is newer an overnight thing you have to persevere.

Deep dive into how the brain works to build & break habits

Easy to listen to and digest. In addition to the physiology and psychology behind habits, it offers concrete steps to begin habit formation, focusing on the mini rewards along the way instead of the outcome. Highly recommend! I’m going to listen again then read Atomic Habits

Focus on Negative

I think most people seeking out this book are already seeking growth. This book focuses too much on the negative and not helping people that are already on a growth path. I haven't gotten to the end yet, but I'm impatient getting to anything good.
