I was very satisfied when I purchased this book.

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book. This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick listen and I’m so thankful that I found this book. This book is very well written by the author and I highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

Where's the Blueprint (step by step list)

This book told me everything I already know and had no blueprint to follow towards attaining money or health success. This is what the author pretty much said throughout the book. "Don't drink caffeine before you sleep, eat healthy foods, spend wisely, choose good habits and good people to have in your social circle!!" Duuuhh!
ADVICE TO AUTHOR: Know your Target market and change your title to be more concise Cater towards people who don't understand basic knowledge about good habits and success. Market to Beginners who have led drug induced lives. That would be a great start.

I love it

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

Great explanation and examples

Great explanation and examples of how to for self-discipline. The instruction to accomplish self-discipline may be too extreme for some but it is clearly shown that in order to achieve a major goal it must be a priority to want it more than anything else. Gives a very good perspective of how to manage oneself and how to become more assertive towards our purpose and goals I wanted to better myself and create a happier and more comfortable lifestyle, and I didn't realize it was right under my fingertips until I started listening to the book.

Just Ok..could barely go through it all.

I got this audiobook aiming to end my procrastination spell. The thing is, it is just commonsense that anyone can come up with. Only packaged and well written. Kudos to the author for making it easy and digestible but it didn't tell me of anything new. I really like the length of the audiobooks, not too long or overwhelming, and straight to the point

I am done with laziness.
