Was expecting more

The book doesn't have much meat to it. I was looking for help with entrepreneurship not weight loss tactics. The one bit of info that help was where he talks about being present in the moment. That was helpful, but I did here a similar item in a podcast by Ed Mylett that discussed this same thing, I'll stick with Mylett #Maxout!

This book has really helped me.

I love the fact that this book is broken into daily listening. I start each day listening a daily passage from this book. A lot of what's in this book really resonates with me and helps to give me a new or different perspective on forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

I'm thankful to this author!

This book clarified this phenomenen as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding into how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful to the point that I discovered this book.

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book.

This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple
yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick listen and I’m so thankful that I found this book. This book is very well written by the author and i highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

Excellent insight into procrastination !

I found that after reading the first two chapters I already felt more motivated and more importantly relieved once I gained a better understanding of my own behavioral patterns and their causes. My psychologist friend is also enjoying this read after I mentioned it.
